As a matter of fact, it was way back in 1997 that we reached the prestigious goal of obtaining “Company Quality System” certification in compliance with the international standards dictated by the UNI EN ISO 9000 series, released by CSQA. CSQA is the main Italian certification body specialised in the agro-industrial sector, originating from a prestigious International Research and Technological Transfer Institute in the dairy industry.

The certification guarantees that Latterie Friulane production can boast a high level of reliability, checking and documenting all the phases of processing (from the raw material up to in-store product distribution), in accordance with a system recognised on an international level.

A "prize" for the Quality System which we have built up over the years thanks to the involvement of members, employees and collaborators: a priority commitment in order to guarantee everyone’s health, without forgetting tradition and the ability of the dairy masters who make each product an experience to be savoured.
